Since the pandemic, Australia’s property market has become increasingly competitive, with buyers navigating limited supply and rising demand. Moore Buyers Agency gives clients a strategic advantage: helping them secure properties that are often inaccessible to the general market.
Working in collaboration with Theola Agency, I led the design of the brand and digital experience, translating Moore Buyers Agency’s positioning into a refined brand identity and digital experience that communicates exclusivity, trust and insider access.

Using a buyers agent is not yet a common pathway for many property buyers. Despite the significant financial stakes involved, the value of expert representation is often misunderstood.
Lauren Moore has deep generational ties to Brisbane’s property landscape and a long-standing network across the city’s most sought-after suburbs. As her business expanded, the brand needed to reflect the level of influence and purchasing power she had cultivated – while also educating buyers on the strategic advantage of working with a dedicated buyers agent.

Working alongside Theola Agency's brand strategy team, we began with brand exploration to uncover the core personality of the business.
The Moore Buyers Agency proposition sat between the Magician and Ruler archetypes. Lauren reveals opportunities others cannot see, while operating with the authority and confidence of a trusted advisor.
This insight shaped the creative direction. We explored themes of insider access, discretion and being “in the know”, forming the foundation for a brand that feels both powerful and quietly exclusive.

A refined visual language was developed to communicate exclusivity and confidence, pairing elegant typography with understated graphic elements that signal membership and insider knowledge.
The brand was extended across a redesigned website and social templates, creating a cohesive digital presence that positions Moore Buyers Agency as a premium strategic partner for property acquisition.
